Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to direct accommodation bookings with Chinadayang Pty Ltd. Please read them together with the property listing, booking confirmation and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Bookings and payment

Your booking confirmation specifies the property, dates, approved guest numbers, price and payment requirements. Any mandatory fees will be disclosed before booking.

Your stay

Guests must follow the property’s house rules, respect neighbours and comply with approved occupancy limits. Pets require prior approval.

Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation. Early check-in, late check-out and extensions require written agreement and may involve additional charges.

Damage and maintenance

Please report damage or maintenance issues promptly. Guests may be responsible for reasonable, documented costs for damage they cause beyond fair wear and tear.

Insurance and agency bookings

Where an insurer or accommodation coordinator arranges your stay, any separately agreed written booking terms also apply. Extensions require written confirmation.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
