Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to direct bookings unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing before booking.

Cancellation at least 14 days before check-in

Cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund of amounts paid to us for the booking.

Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in time are not refunded, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

After check-in

For a change of plans or voluntary early departure, no refund is ordinarily provided for unused nights, subject to applicable law. Any amount retained will take account of reasonable losses and costs, including savings or amounts recovered through rebooking.

Changes and extensions

Date changes and extensions are subject to availability and written confirmation.

How to cancel

Send your cancellation request and booking reference to service@autasgroup.com. Cancellation periods are calculated using the property’s local time.

Refunds due will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund, compensation or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

Bookings made through third-party platforms are also subject to the cancellation terms disclosed when booking.
